How do I return an item?

Please e-mail us at support@livars.com, we will send a Return Authorization form. Please print out RA form, fill out and send form and item(s) to us.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Return authorization form must be with the returned items or your package may be reused. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, (your proof of purchase is your order confirmation via email).

Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded but they can be exchanged.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If tags are not attached to the item(s) refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If the item(s) need to returned or refunded due to our own error we will send a re-paid shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need a shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
